where is this coming from? it looks like it would be clutch fluid, what do I need to do to fix it?

One thing though, when I put in my header about 2 months ago I had to loosen the bleeder bolt on the clutch slave and fluid came out, but my clutch has been working fine for the past 2 months.

can't really tell what thats a picture of

 

its coming from your clutch master cylinder. you need to replace it. pretty easy fix, just do a search for clutch master cylinder and you'll find the proceedures.
