Default Need help with a pinout problem

So, Im going to put this harness together and I have what i think is the definitive
guide to matching up wires. Well, Ive run into a snag. Several charts have
different locations for different wires. I have a few pictures. If anyone could tell
me FOR SURE which pin out is right.

this looks like a perfect diagram to me but according to this and the table shown
below (which was sent to me by a reputable source) i am missing wires in my
obd1 plugs.

About counting pins. The way I WAS counting them was (this is in the ecu socket)
from top left to bottom right. Starting with the pin in the upper left corner and
working my way right in the first row. When i got to the end of THAT row i moved
to the far left of the second row and followed the same procedure and so on and
so forth untill finishing that particular plug. Well take a look at this picture...

You can plainly see that the pins are numbered a different way. Is this true on the
obd1 ecu's?

Ill have to check the Exact location of pins missing from my harnesses and what
was left over after i was done with the first plug. I know off the top of my head,
according to the first picture i posted, that I had no wire in socket a23 and a24 of
the harness I was sent. Is this indicative of a certain model car?

BTW/FYI Im working on an OBD1/OBD2(.5) harness for my 00 DX
