Default Injector Wire ground location???

Im refureing to the Yellow/black striped wires that are on the injector clips ... tested them for continuity with a volt meter and they are not grounded , were is that ground located?

Car: 97ek with a jdm b16 still using the Jdm engine harness but cut to fit a LHD car.

- Also the only grounds I have hooked up are the main engine harness ground located next to the ECU and the Fuel pump ground by the drivers seat.

Tested for continuity with a volt meter on my buddys car at the injector clips and their was a closed circuit ...

The ECU grounds them. You get power from the main relay to the resistor box then the injectors. Then from the injectors to the ECU.

Basically the ECU is a groundside switch. You should have 4 injector pinouts on the ECU connector.

Using ECU pin out diagram found in this link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1791725 I could not find were the injector ground wires feed the ecu , only the power wires are shown.

Were do the injector wire grounds(yellow/black strip) go to ?
...What do you suggest I do next to trouble shoot ?

Connector A pin's 1234 are 4321 injectors.

These four should be open = no continuity thus ground switched. Now when the injector is switched on you would see continuity to ground on these wires.

At least that is the theory I was taught.

A YEL/BLK wire should never be a ground wire. They are your (+) wires. They should be connected to your resistor box if you have low impedance (peak & hold) injectors. Or strait to the YEL/BLK wire coming from the PGMFI Main relay if you have high impedance (saturated) injectors. This is what thesmogman posted above but in the reverse.

The ground wires are the 4 wires that go to the pins on the ECU as thesmogman posted.
