RANT & RAVE:
Well, so much for my wife actually splurging & buying me something for the car for the first time. Because I got a great new job, my wife called PolePosition Products to order the JDM Rear Strut Tower bar. I know it takes awhile to get JDM products shipped here, but geeezzz - don't say you can do it if you can't.

That was over a month ago (I was hired March 10th). I have asked repeatedly if they would have the bar in before the Expo. **I even tried pimping the fact that I'm the design coordinator of Itrca.com to help with a little advertising if they could get it to me...

"Sure - no problem....by the end of March....before the trip.....now this:
Some bad news. Your order on the DC2 rear strut bar will not make it in time for your husband autocross date."

They haven't even paid enough attention to realize it's not a freak'n autocross!

ASSISTANCE NEEDED:
Please let me know if anyone has a rear bar for sale (or even to borrow during the event for a little $$).

I have a rear DC Sports bar. I can bring it to the EXPO. See sig for pic, and price.

 

I also have a DC bar for sale, Or we have Mugen bars at work. IM if interested

 

Thanks Bryan - if you could bring the DC bar to the EXPO that would be great! I really want the JDM bar, so maybe we could work out a "user fee"

I ordered my rear strut bar from jdmhondaparts.com and received it within a week. I had no problems whatsoever. (I THINK it is JDM.)

I doubt the dealer has JDM rear strut braces in stock, what dealer?

DOH!! Damn, I'm a dumb ***! Oh well - my wife's the one who placed the order in February & I gave them every chance possible to get the thing to me. It was hard to complain where my wifey ordered from when she was paying the bill

ITR people are great. Someone needs a favor, and a half dozen people are there to help.

 

Man, I love this place. I have received even more offers through IM & email than are listed here!!

I have a JDM bar being shipped here for delivery Wednesday. If anything falls through, I've already hooked up with everybody to have a backup plan

to the HT crowd.

Hmmmmm - I may need to bring more beer for "thank you's"

ya...that pole position place is a pain in the ***. I tried ordering something from them before too

 

hehehe - I've straightened her out....she'll order from "approved" places next time. However, on short notice - even before I found out Leo & Victor had bars I could have purchased, Extreme (Danny) offered up his new JDM bar & even took it to Fedex on Saturday since it was too late for Friday pickup!!

I've got the bar in my hands & it's going on tonight Extreme
