And the spec is cold, if you did not already know.

Yep, do the adjustment cold. Doing a valve adjustment is not that hard, but it will be alot easier with the snap on valve adjustment tool.

Here are directions on how to do the adjustment. http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/v...alveadjust.php

yup, that's what we are using...
doing the value adjustment isn't hard, but it needs a lot of time and patience to make it right for the first time.

When do you adjust your valves clearance? The manual says to adjust it when it is noisy and also required at 60K or 90K (not sure). Mine has 28K, do I need to them adjusted?
Thanks.

Maintenace schedule recommends checking valve lash every 15K. But doing a valve adj every 30k is probably sufficient. It's a back killer but other than that not tough at all.

Service manual says: Intake-0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007 in)
Exhaust-0.17-0.21mm (0.007-0.008 in)

I use a 0.007 in feeler guage for intake =0.178mm.
And a 0.008 in feeler guage for exhaust=0.203mm.
