Can you put an LS throttle body on a d16z6

i heard from someone who was talking about gettin my same motor (d16z6) and he was saying that he was gonna be gettin larger parts off of bseries motors, such as the htrottle body I believe but I wasnt sure that it would fit. Anyone know what, if anything can be used off of a bseries motor, to improve the performance od a D series motor??

I dont think its a direct bolt because its 2 different series of engines but you can make a adapter plate im sure.

I believe all B series TBs will fit on 92+ D series IMs. MAP/TPS sensors may be a little different in placement depending on your car though. HTH

Thats correct. the Z6 mani will take a bseries TB no problem.
The TPS are all the same, but the map sensor depends on the year. The b18a TBs used a firewall mounted map sensor, while most of the newer ones use a TB mounted sensor like the z6. Not saying older TBs wont work, you just have to get the firewall mounted map along with the TB.
