I have dropzone coilovers and I have those spring rates. 450 in front and 350 in rear. It rides good with my stock shocks, but I went lower (about 3") and on big dips and bumps it's a little uncomfortable. If I get some tokico HP's it would ride so much better or if I get illuminas they would be great. I like them even without aftermarket shocks. I'm not bouncing all over the place with them (but will if my shocks go out).
