ECU help!!!

I had an obd1 95 gsr ecu in my car and i just switched it back to the obd 2 and when i turned my car on the idle is at 1500, is that normal.

yea it is just let it warm up a bit and itll go down again.

do what the previous post said......or try unplugging your battery for abou 10 minutes, then plug it back and start it up
