Default Wideband Oxgen sensor?

I would lke to take my teg to the local rolling road to tune this but reading stuff others have posted I need a Wide Band Oxygen Sensor to stop me leaning out the engine too much. Is this the same thing as a Lamba sensor which is what my local rolling road's got?

Yup, the Civic VX are wideband. Hard to find though. I happen to have one that I'm keeping

Lambda and wideband are the same thing for your purposes.

VX O2 sensor is what a wideband O2 controller uses. Alone the sensor is not a wideband unit.
