I remember Mobile 1's disclaimer on their gear oil saying it should not be used in transmissions that can use motor oil like our trannies. A couple years ago before the Honda MTF, Honda recommended motor oil.

how much is the honda fluid?
Edit: for a ITR you need to buy 3 quarts, you'll only use 2 and some change

Why play games? Just use Honda MTF!!!!! I tried a synthetic, got 5th gear synchro grind. Drained and replaced with Honda MTF, the grind is completely gone, use 3 quarts.
