with skunk2 IM.. does anyone else have a high pitched whistle at like 1/2 throttle? I believe it's the way that the runners are set up and the angle of the butterfly.. but who knows. Also should i chip my p72 or just get a p30? It seems to pull like a bastard but slight idling surges 1000-1200 about 3 times and then back to about 900. cheers

me and my bro both have them thats why I ask...i thought that might have had something to do with

 

not currently, i'm planning on getting an iceman. I has to be the IM.. even when i had the stock air box it would still whistle

 

roomates car whistles loud as hell.. mine will whistle the same if not louder buy the end of the summer w/ my aem v2 intake..

 

Every skunk2 manifold I have had experience with (including mine) whistle at half throttle. I don't know why, but it does. It's kinda cool though How are you liking your JDM B18C motor?

 

it's sweet.. even sweeter with the lsd hmotors gets 2 thumbs up. I ordered 3 jdm b18c's w/lsd from them and all clean as hell.. 2 of them are in so far.. no problems at all
