Default Nitrous question

I was thinking about putting nitrous on my car. My motor is a B18a with mild head work, intake, header, exhaust, centerforce dual friction clutch. What is the biggest shot you would recommend, i was thinking 50 or 75. I would also like to know if there is anything else i need to for reliabilty (aftermarket fuel pump, retarding timing,etc.).Any info is greatly appreciated.

a 75 shot is the biggest, but you have to retard your timing 4 degrees
