30 shot shouldn't do much damage. Usually, everyone who have stock motors spraying more than 75 shot usually are the ones that end up with the problems.

What kit are you you using? wet or dry? 30 shot won't do any or little harm to your motor. 50 shot is safe even.

Get a Zex kit, 50 shot if you want, I have been running mine for a good 2-3 months, plugs look healthy and I have no problem's.

I checked compression, and changed the plug's before spraying and I aslo get 93 octane. I check the plug's every now and then and they have been looking fine.

Your fine with a 30 shot stock. You probably won't feel much of a difference.

A 50 shot is fine stock. hell even a 65 shot. but if you get too comfortable with it and dont respect it that's when things go boom.
