If you have a 1997, what I posted above is wrong.

 

I had always wondered about this too...I guess there is no specific manual just for the Type R is there?

 

The 98 integra manual covers the b18c1, b18b and b18c5. All the Type R specific stuff is in there. There is the 2000 integra supplement, also. I have only the 98 integra service manual and can't see a need for anything else.

I don't know what manual 97 R owers refer to... 1996 integra service manual? Not sure.

 

Chit, i just cancelled my order Now i have to reorder it. Ugh

yah, i picked up the 98 manual a while back. use it for my '00 ITR head, and my '01 LS body, and for my '97 LS block. just about everything is the same.

 

I thought the 98 was wrong, so i called and cancelled, then they said i need the 98 for the 01 suppliment. I'm a wee todd!

 

The major difference between the '98 Helms and the '00 supplement is all the electrical wiring changed.
