Which Helms manual??

I wanna do a EG Jdm B18c swap. I wanna buy a Helms manual to do some reading. Which manual should I buy the civic manual or integra or both?

to be more specific, buy the helms manual that would be the same year engine you plan to buy. example: 98 b18c=98 integra helms, 94 b18c=94 integra helms etc...
