Stock ECU with a 3 Bar map? What is the story here?
Does the stock map and the GM 3 Bar map (from 89 turbo trans am) have the same thresholds, or do i need to get a custom programmed chip to run it?
It acts like a -60% AFC fuel cut when used with the stock ECU. Some of the EMS boys are driving their cars around on ~800cc injectors and stock ECUs when/if the EMS ***** itself, but your timing maps will be waaaay off with those settings. I wouldn't try to boost it.
Drop a bill on Uberteg for one of his OBD1 boost chips, IMO. He should be able to set you up for 3 bar, with the correct ignition timing. You'll want an AFC or the like to fine tune the fuel.

I have a PM6 CRX
Maybe i'll just wait till the ghettodyne 2.0 is released with boost and 3 bar option???

Or check this thread, you want the Georgehack file 3/4 the way down the thread. Here.
I haven't even looked at it, but you should be able to tune this in the older Ghettodyne 1.0x (I have copies if you need them). It runs the stock MAP sensor, the ignition is already set up for your retard, but the fuel maps need tweaking in the last five pressure columns in Ghettodyne as that's where your boost maps now are. If you're creative, you can tune for a GM 2bar off of this setup - I'm running something similar.
Ghettodyne 2.0 will have boost and 3 bar support, but you can still play cheaply and reliably while waiting for it.

Thanks buddy!
I currently am running the S-AFC boosting 12lbs with stock map as we speak.
Some say you can only run 11lbs on a stock 1 bar map? Another thing that confuses me, if its a 1 bar map, shouldnt it boost to around 14.5psi? As 1bar=14.5psi????
Thanks again
