Default Car has intermittent miss at idle... swaped distributors, new wires/plugs, nothing changed

I'm at a lost... recently went from cartech adj FMU, 320cc injectors, B&M FPR to SMC500/resistor box/DSM 450cc injectors. Problem existed before and after unchanged. I swapped distributors, new wires/plugs, nothing changed... What else could effect the idle in such a way? It intermittently throws misfire codes. Fresh block .25 over, almost 2000 miles oil still looks new...

It's those injectors dude. Stock honda ecu's can't handle anything bigger than 380's. I found this out myslef last fall-- I was using Mustang 31# (310cc) on my Turbo integra, but it wasn't good for anything over 14psi. The next larger size in mustang injectors is 42#... that's like 410cc injectors. I put them in and started it up, imediatly it started running alll wierd. I had a OBD-II P72 ECU.

If you have another set of smaller injectors sitting around, swap them in and see how the car runs, should go back to normal.

But since you're at it, go down to Acura and get a Distributor cap and rotor... that never hurts anything, and they're $34 bucks But it's the injectors fo sheez..

... you missed the part about the problem exsisted prior to the larger injectors... I left out the part that the car ran fine for over 40k on the 320cc/FMU set up, until the last few months before a rebuild (due to rings and valve seals)... it has the same problem after the rebuild but with a completely different fuel set up... I even swapped distributors with no change.
