One of the headlight houseing had mist/foggy on both high/low beam. at pasengerside....
Why is this happening? Do i have broken housing?
How dangerous is it to run like that for my HID?

check all gaskets, and if all is well, re-epoxy the plastic lens on.

 

what is re epoxy? like re install it?

no, it means open up the housing, and epoxy it again.
