Diffrences between integra LS GSR and ITR tranny's????
Ok I blew my transmission at the track yesterday on my 94 integra ls. I was wondering if I would be better off getting a GSR tranny for my LS or maybe ITR. How would this benefit me and or hurt my performace. I know how much the LSD helps with cornering so I think I want that. Also will acceleration be better with a GSR or ITR tranny. and will the GSr and ITR tranny bolt right up to my LS

ITR/CTR/B16A tranny 1st choice (best gearing)
GSR tranny 2nd
any of those hydro trannys will bolt up to your LS motor. I suggest getting your flywheel lightened too if you'd like to increase/have better acceleration. Save $$ by getting your stock f.wheel lighted to about 12-13lbs....tastycakes.
I already have a act xt-ss clutch in my ls tranny along with a 7.5lb fidanza flywheel so i hope those servied and i can just slap those in my new tranny
try a type r trans it ahs shorter gears than a gsr plus the lsd. you can also use the 2000 si trans its about the same as the type r trans but with out the lsd. good luck
