burning alot of oil

Default burning alot of oil

I just bought 91hatch 157,000 miles on it perfect condition for a Grand. It burns up oil tho, is there a way to fix that?

its gonna be my beater so I dont have to drive the R everywhere come july

rebuild. or put in thicker oil.

the guy just put a new head gasket, and head on it.

Im bout to buy the car tommorow when I brought it to my dad to take a look at it he said when I drove off it was smokin I dont know if it was blue, bu tif my rings are shot how much will it be to fix them?

just get a new motor, it would be better in the longrun. even if you swapped in a 90si sohc it would be cheap. you can find those motors for a few hundred bucks.

you can buy a rebuild kit from http://www.importperformanceparts.com i think thats the site, its like 329 bucks, and it comes with everything for the bottom end except rods

buy a bottle of No Smoke at pepboys. it helps a little but i heard in the long run it ***** up your motor even more.
