lolBest advise anyone has given you alex.
id say your best bet would be the cut and drill method. just make sure you center that drill or at least make it look centered. why does it need replacing? stripped? duct tape works miracles ya know..
So what do I drill, a hole down the middle of the BROKEN bolt? yeah i broke 2 of the bolts that hold the bar down. haha so i have 2 half studs sticking out..
yah. basically just cut the rest of the stud off so its flush with the rest of the metal. and center the drill as best as you can. goto home depot or lowes and get some lifetime warrantee metal bits. start with small bits and just work your way up.
get a small one to make a starter hole. then maybe one that is half the diameter of the actualy bolt. then one that is the size of the bolts.

a hammer and punch is all you should need.....thats how I did mine also..... I replaced them with a good grade 8 bolt afterwards.
