I ordered the Hyper Ground System last month (feb 19) and they contacted me the next day telling me it was on back order till "early march". On march 14 the guy from group5 calls my cell and tells me they are shipping it out the NEXT DAY. It is now march 27 and I haven't gotten SH*T! I've sent emails to group5 earlier this week and they are not replying to them! What should I do?!? I am getting VERY pissed. Been waiting for almost 2months for something I paid about $118 for and it's still not here! !

WTH... I just ordered another set of HGS and then group5 finally emails me back!!!!!

"Who did you speak to that said the HGS was shipping out? We went through all of our correspondence, and we show no record of that. We did email you saying that the HGS was scheduled to come in in early March, which they did not, for which we apologize - Sun had underestimated the time it would take to bring in the shipment from Japan. The new ETA they have given us is the middle of next week. If you prefer, we have the gold HGS in stock ready to ship, so we can send you that instead, or send you the silver HGS when it comes in.

Yes I have been patient for about 2 months now after paying $118 for the part, and then having some random person that some how knew I ordered the part call me saying he was from grp5 telling me they are shipping out the part.... I never told anyone I was ordering it...

 

and just found out that there is a prob with their security license... it's either expired,not certified, or not trusted by my comp.
