Default OEM Titanium shift **** weight

Do any of you know the weight of the OEM ITR ****. I just installed one along with my jdm shift boot and replaced my CDM leather ****, it feels SO much better. I saw the skunk2 **** weighs 440 grams....just wondering how the stock metal **** compares in weight. Also, what is the locking nut for? I didn't get one with mine.

THanks!
Aamir

The Lock nut is used to put the shift pattern straight.

Yea, the lock nut you use to tighten against the **** itself so that the numbers and pattern are straight.

As far as weight? A lot would be my first thought.

It's heavy. I'll bring mine to work tomorrow and weigh it on my postage scale.

IMO OEM or heavier ***** > any light-weight one (spoon, titanium, etc). I had a spoon. Went directly back to OEM. My friend replaced the leather **** from his '97 with the ti-finish one. He loves it.

SiClone, thanks so much!
I was wondering if the ITR **** was worth the price against the much cheaper Accord Euro-R aluminum **** at 150 gr. I guess it is indeed worth it!

Does the aluminum one look the same as far as shape as the titanium one? Anyone have the weight of the aluminium one?
