Is that the wheel lock code stamped on the side of the locking lug nut down by the cone area? Where can you get a replacement one? Thanks.
Good Luck, I tried for 4 months and was never able to get a replacement. Mackin will not sell them to individuals. Now I have a set of lugs that are non-locking

Code is on the side of the lugnut at the bottom. It wil be a 17 or 27 or 37 or . . . This appiles for ALL sets or authentic rays.
Makin CAN get them but will not sell to the public so you need o call someone Like Dave at R&D and get him to order it.
If you figure out what # it is you can borrow on from someone. Mine was a 27 but I never got a new key i bought 4 new non locking nuts off someone.

I used to work for Acura, and they used to just hammer a socket that was slightly larger over the lug, and then spin it off that way...

None of those suggestions will work.
Screwdriver and a hammer will just destroy the material (Tried it)
Deep socket won't work either. Remember these locking lugs are 7 sided (NO parallel side) so a deep socket that is too small won't go on and one slightly big just rounds lug off.
We tried all sorts of stuff and all we did was destroy the lugnut material.
I definitely suggest finding out which key you need and then borrowing one.

No one tried a set of large Vise-Grips? Heck, those could get off a totally round locknut.
Good luck having enough room to turn the grips once they are on.
Also we got them on good and the material is so soft that these just rounded the lugnut
Did Not try gator grip but it did come up as a suggestion.
i really dont want to sound mean or anything but how the hell do u loose ur key? u put it in ur glove comp. and when u use it u PUT IT BACK. so this wont happen
but if u got a LOT of time in ur hands id suggest investing in a dremmel and 30-40 cutting wheels good luck

I sure hope someone asks you why you are so dumb the next time you have an accident of any kind.
**** happens. This is pretty minor on the scale but something that a little info goes a long way.
Thanks for the invaluable contribution.

Well I got TE-37s and when I had to replace a tire I tried to take off the lock nut with the stock lug nut and it worked. Actually shocked the **** out of me. But hold it at an angle thats how I did it.

If you don't have the car anymore, why are you worried about taking the wheels off
