yeah yeah, I see that my DP is burning oil. Don't need to point it out to me.

I don't suppose you have a pic so I can get a better idea. I mean, yeah, it's not that hard to figure it out, but.. pictures are worth a thousand words.

wow you got plenty of clearance. On my first ss line, it was touching, at killed the line.

Now my line is maybe half a centimeter away and so far no problems.

It's good to know that the majority seems to feel that it has enough clearence, here I thought that it was too close and maybe the rubber hose inside the SS line might have cooked and oil was leaking becuase of that.

But.. apparently, it's... something else...

hoorah.

... Do local car shops (autozone) have good heat wrap? Or is it something I should order??? Suggestions?

I'm using a rubber line and it's only about half and inch from the downpipe... But heatwrap works wonders.... no leaks yet(knock on wood). Napa here didn't have heat wrap, but I'm sure some shops there would have it.

What is a sign of your SS line leaking? Will it show burnt dark marks? Or will there be a.. physical sign of the line showing wear?

I'd like to know so I can see for myself.

It's my intercoolering piping. That's the part RIGHT after the compressor.

That was the maxrev line right? The Aeroquip? I had the same one, but I ended up using a SS line. I was paranoid that it might tear or something.
