Default ACT ProLite(8.8 lbs) or StreetLite(12.5 lbs) Flywheel for a Gs-r Turbo?

I have heard many diffrent things about inertia and not going with too light of a flywheel, and since my car is turbo w/ a t3/t04e i was wondering which flywheel i should go with and why, would it hurt to go with the 8.8lbs one or should i go with the 12.5 pound one? Anyone's inputs or experience is appreciated. Thanks guys

Kyle

if u are drag racing, get the 12.5, otherwise u will loose inertia off the line..

If your car is mainly a daily driver I would put stick woth a stock flywheel. I switched to a 12lb flywheel and I dont like how the revs drop especially at stop and go. If I was to do it again I'd stick with a factory flywheel.

the 12.5 will work well all around. the 8 lb is much too light. I used to have a type r flywheel and was very happy with it for street driving. 1.5lbs wont make much difference. now i have a 6lb and its rediculous.

I run an 8.6 lb or so. It revs real fast and gets on boost quicker, but the heavier flywheel will be the best choise for drag racing i think.
Hopefully I will have some better input on the two when i get to the track.
