Can you pull the engine without pulling the tranny on a Civic hatch (EF)???
I need to install a different engine as my D15 crapped out, but I got an EG engine dirt cheap, and can't use the tranny from it.
Can I just pull the bad D15 out, leave the tranny bolted in, and swap in the newer engine without yanking the tranny as well??

pull motor+tranny make installing motor much easier..
when you are done working on the motor.. put the tranny back on..
it's make ths installation much easier you dont have to wrestle the tranny on ..
