ok i searched but im lost anyway, im getting a 95 f22b1 but in my car whaicj is a 94lx so one problem i have is im still using my auto ecu from auto to manual conversion, it works fine so it s not a problem yet, now i wanna hook up vtec without a vtec ecu, i read about a rpm activated switch and iwanna try it, what do i need to hook up. i have no clue what the vtec solenoid looks like on the engine. thanks

shoud i hook up vtec with turbo, is the motor still rated at 145hp with out vtec?

 

Yes, hook it up period. And no it's less without the VTEC hooked up.

 

it would probably be rated at like 120 if you removed the VTEC. It would be dumb to do so. Get the f22b1's ECU off ebay man, it's cheap....and a lot more reliable.
