Default Is this supposed to happen?

I hooked up my wideband O2 last night. (the tech edge kit)
I noticed I'm pretty spot on (14.6-14.8) most of the time... Except when I let off the gas, it spikes to 20:1+...
Is that normal?
Also, at WOT I'm around 12.2:1 - 13:1 Can I lean this out a bit?
What's a safe WOT A/F ratio?

in closed loop situations the ecu will use the stock o2 sensor to hunt for stoich.

as for if you can lean out the mixture, dont you have an afc or something?

I found 13.7 was the best A/F for my car. (Made the most power across the rpms)

I am sure this will vary some. Under WOT conditions you will want it around 13.5 across the board.

You can lean it out more at lesser vacuum settings. I think it was suggested at 1/2 throttle you can aim for about 14.7. . . Steve?
