Ok, i just installed the fjo. What do i do with the stock o2 sensor??unplug it??? Its still plugged in and i 'm running both sensors.
btw, i teed the fjo signal wire to the primary o2, lambda wire.
Also, how do i check the a/f on the aem? Man i'm totally lost.

You need to plug in the FJO AFR numbers into the Oxygen #1 raw volts table. Then you will want to compare afr reading between the ems and fjo display (you have the display right?). This can be found by going to Setup--Sensor setup-- O2 sensor. To align them you will need to goto O2 #1 options gain---should be something like .95 - .97. You want the two displays to read the same afr.
Well, you really dont need the display...but I would want it--are you really gonna drive around all the time with the laptop on the seat so you can look at your afr?
Anyways, yeah just plug up the stock sensor hole.
Here is that cal spec for loading the ems

Soooo.
Does the AEM use two different pins than the stock sensor? Or do you use the stock sensor wiring for the FJO connection?

OK.
How does it connect to the EMS unit? Through seperate pins or the original O2 sensor pin locations?

white wire: 12v power source
Black: grounded it
red: teed it into the wire that goes into the ems(o2 primary, lambda)
green: teed it into the wire that goes into the ems(sensor ground)
