I've only seen 1 6th gen V6 with a auto to manual conversion, I'm sure it cost more then your friend is willing to spend.

It's too damn bad that the 7th gen 6 speeds are limited.

it is kinda funny thinking that most people pay more for a auto tranny but want the cheaper manual tranny later and end up paying more ......... i am not nessarly talking about this car but in general ... it is just kinda funny to see people do it to a newer car that they probally bought new and could have gotten a stick cheaper then they bought the auto for more money ... but then pay 2-3 K more on the car to make it a manual ...... just seems funny in my book i think i would rather sell the car and buy a manual one ... but that is just my $0.02

why didnt they make a manual v6?

wouldnt those who would buy a V6 accord be more preformance oriented? and thus want to drive stick?

damn bastards.

you can also use acura legend 5spd trannies. about 1200 for the older models. the conversion doesnt necessarily ADD horsepower, but with less drivetrain loss in the 5spd tranny, more power is being put to the ground. most shops charge around 3500 to 4000 for transmission conversions...that's including all parts needed and labor costs.
