Default auto to man conversion

I have been thinking of doing a auto to man conversion on 99 civic. I was wondering how long does it take to do acomplete tranny swap? and is there anything to look out for while doing this?

Has anyone done this that can give me a little info.
I have basic instrucations

I was going to on my accord but i decieded that it would be easier to get a new car. If your car isnt heavily modded, thats what I would do if i were you. If it is, then put back to stock and sell it for the exact same car but with a manual tranny then put all your aftermarket stuff on the manual.
