hey everyone... can you tell me where you get the gapper, or guage to check you valve clearance? cause I went to sears and the craftsman one they have goes from .005 - something big, but my valve clearance is .003. Can you guys tell me what brand you use?

 

Any set of feeler gauges should work.

My valve clearance is .010" and .012".

Are you sure the tolerances arent something like .25mm or .30mm?

 

Paid about $5 for one at Checker last week. Standard one should do the trick.

 

I haven't seen a Honda with valve tolerence specs below 0.006"?
Just need one with increments from 0.006 to 0.012 in 0.001 increments.
