I just got finished installing my turbo on my si and i have a couple of questions...
1. My car is idleing like **** (which I expected), if I remove one of the vac lines on the intake manifold, it idles much better. Can someone explain what is going on and how I can fix it.

2. What fuel pressure should I start at? I have 440cc injectors and a 255 fuel pump. I am dynoing tomarrow but I need to get it down there with out it blowing up

3. What should my EGT be at?

what kind of kit are you running and are you using a missing link??? do you have a vafc???? need more information....

 

I am running a custom kit with a t3/t04e .63/.57 trim, fmic, 440cc injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump, hks bov, greddy emanage and profec e-01, tial wastegate, b&m fpr, fuel rail,

 

how are you controlling fuel? 440s with no fuel management at idle are not going to be happy

 

perhap FPR, Fuel pressure gauge, etc

 

Got them all ready. I am using the emanage to adjust the fuel, which I have not done yet. I am having it dynoed on tuesday and they will adjust it then. Thanks.
