if i will change boost from 7psi to 9psi - will it safe ?

if i will change boost from 7psi to 9psi - will it safe ?
engine ZC DOHC + DragGen 3 kit:
as i undestand - tirbine produce 7psi boost but on IC we are loosing 2psi and bost in intake manifold is a 5psi.
I want 7psi in intake manifold - will it safe, if i change boost produced by turbine to 9psi ?
What i must modify ?
