okay when i start the car the idle goes to about 2500-3000k. thats okay it's cold in the mornings here. then about 20sec into it it, it starts surging from 8 hunderd to 2.5k
it does forever. it never stops. even when the car is warm. or on warm days. the wired part is, when i'm driving, at around 40mph, i put the car into neutral. and the idle goes to about 1500rpm, only till about 25mph, then sharply at 25mph. it starts surging again. make sense???
any help???

 

my JDM H22 does the same thing but it keeps surging no matter at what speed. I think it's my IAC but I already tried taking it out and cleaning it but it's the same thing. I think my IAC is faulty so im going to try the one from the H22a4 see if that works.

 

that or you could have a vaccuum leak

 

checking vaccum, haven't found one yet. next i try some propane, to see if there is one.....
