Default Removing Clutch and flywheel

I have a b18b. I have taken off the tranny, and now I need to remove the flywheel and clutch. I tried taking the star shaped bolts off, but the 11 mm socket started slipping around. How do I take this stuff off?

When I replaced my clutch a month and a half ago, I had part of the clutch disc broken and rubbing on those bolts. Basically, that was the only piece of material engaging the clutch and no wonder why I had such bad clutch chatter . I would say that I lost about half of the material on those bolts. Good luck
