i hab a 98 LS and im doing LS VTEC and turbo. but i need to know if this turbo will fit or is even a strong one for that matter. cuz wit the new head, would i need to get the GSR one?

i think usually its the same turbo. the difference is usually the piping. if your gonna have a gsr head, then yeah, u are gonna need the kit for the gsr. but for turbo, u can usally pick between a t3/04b or t3/o4e. most definately go for the "e" ... you'll use it with that motor setup
