can someone identify stock usdm type headers
is there a number stamped on it.i need 2 know cause i am about to buy a set. i've seen the picture but it looks exactly like my stock b16 headers, but with different numbers stamped on them
If you have accurate pictures, the difference between the two manifolds should be obvious. Keep in mind that the upper halves of both headers are identical, it is only the lower halves that are different.
The stock B16A lower manifold should look similar to the 94-99 B18C1 in the diagram, although with a different flange at the collector and a longer length. The distinguishing characteristic is the two visibly seperate secondaries. As shown, the secondaries on the ITR manifold are more concealed. If you still aren't certain and you have pictures you can email, I don't mind looking at them, just PM me.

The ITR collector is slightly (approximately 2 mm) larger when measured from the inside of the "anti-reversion" tubing. In addition, the ITR A-pipe is "taller" in order to clear the oil pan on the taller B18 block. Finally, it appears that the 2-1 merge may be slightly smoother/more gradual on the ITR piece, with different secondary lengths (while maintaining the same overall manifold length.
EDIT: I'll take a closer look tomorrow to better note the design differences.

I have the USDM ITR exhaust mani and it does flow a good amount more then the stock GSR, but its not equal to and aftermarket header. It does have a more sleeper look to it though.
