I passed my JDM hybrid in Ma. and they have pretty tough emissions standards. I did replace my cat w/ an OEM and installed a new EGR valve. My car was soooooo clean it barely registered on the dyno. 
The tech thought something was wrong and did it again - he came up with the same result. He never asked about my motor or wondered why it was DOHC v SOHC
