I believe that this guy also had those "Kouki" style tail lights and had a plate that said Sil80...yet he is still running a KA engine!
Was going to take a picture of the front but PCC staff began looking at me funny so I had to drive off.

So you know this person or you just assume he is still running the KA engine? What's so wrong with the KA?

Well if you have a license plate that says Sil80 I think you should be able to back it up with a SR20DET. But there is nothing wrong with a KA. They are still good engines.

OK, so you answered part of the question, now how do you know it doesn't have the SR20DET?

those arent the kouki lights cause you can see they are flat(kuoki lights stick out some). the invader kit makes that car look like a geo strom . nothing wrong with the ka engine at all. whats wrong with his plate is not that he doesnt have an sr, its that he doesnt have a sil80. engine dosnt make a sil80. there are 2 thingsa that could explain the plate.
1.he plans to do a front end swap(but why would u buy vanity plates 1st????)
2.hes a moron who just wants to seem cool for having a catch phrase on his plates.(yeah im gonna lean toward this one)
