Default Please Help Axle Problem Please Help

Ok I just finish doing a clutch job on my car. I tried putting in the passenger side axle. Here is the problem: It seem like the axle is too short like 1-1.5 inch short. if i push it in all the way then the axle nut won't reach and the abs sensor won't reach as well. If i put both side in at the same time then when i turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or right i can feel the bearing from inside the boot. I messed up 3 axle already (riped boot and bearing fell out). Wat is the problem?
