Will my chances of passing an emissions test increase using 87 Octane? The car is supposed to run on Premium, but i put 87 in her figuring it would. :-/

Luckily it wasnt alot, less than a qtr tank

if your plugs are bad, or your car is not running right, then running a higher octane will provide better results on the test, because it burns better, but whether or not it will determine a pass or fail you wont know untl you test it.
