my air fuel is flat at 12.3..

thanks. i was late for work when I posted. Its running about 17lbs of boost. It didnt make much of a difference after 15 lbs so my first guess is that the turbo is too small to make over 400hp. I believe the standard fmax turbo is a t03/04 .63 a/r. I was hoping to make 400 hp.
