Default GSR/ITR questions concerning dowel pins, ARP studs, and oil thingy (posted in TECH, but no reply)

This may sound ignorant, but there are only 4 dowel pins in a GSR head mated to a C5 block correct? Reason why I'm asking is because I'm taking it off a LS/vtec and throwing it on a C5 block(of course).
Also, I'm going to be re-using the ARP head studs and just wanted to double check that the torque specs are 70lbs. with ARP moly lube, correct?
And lastly, I'm missing a little pin that goes in the center of the head(top), where the center cam cap covers. Does anybody know what that does and what its called so I can go purchase it? Thanks, going to be putting the motor back togther in the next few days with a buddy.
