my front bumper ripped out 2day, the holes on the bumper are torn... what do i do? how safe is it to drive with no front bumper!!

The bumper on a Civic is mostly cosmetic, just don't bump anything.

Edit: If you have a CAI it is exposed too, might want to revert back to stock.

im pretty sure its illegal. u can go to a junkyard and get a new one off of another car. u can go to a body shop and they can fix it. i got in a wreck last summer and the front bumper was ripped in half and the place i went to fixed it and it looked better than it did before i got in the wreck.

 

its illegal why? how much did u pay? i mite just drill new holes!

 

it is where i live. i dont know why its illegal, i didnt make the rules.

 

i had the same problem...i got some bondo, covered the torn holes with it and drilled out some new holes and that fixed the problem....

 

Hey that was me last year. Every hole in the bumper ripped out. Put that puppy back on ripped holes and all and bolted it down.

Finished out the autox season (8 races) and drove it on two trips of 1300 miles each and a last trip that was 2200 mile round trip.

I love the Hondas!

 

the body shop wanted 100 to drill hole and they said it still mite be fcked up

 

certifit....then get it painted for less then a hundred
