Default how to get power-steering?

my 89 hatch is my first car without PS. i must say its quite annoying. i dont care how much much weight im saving, but id rather have the luxury of making a turn without working out my arms. ive seen some b16s that have a PS steering pump, and i plan on doing a b16 swap, so how hard would it be to install that PS?

Did it come equiped w/PS or not? I don't have it and I hardley have to make any effort, parallel parking really sucks though. Off the top of my head you would need a PS stearing rack, lines, pump. You could tell if you had a Helms.
