Where is the CEL connect to check codes on 94 EX

I need to find the connect to my 94. I need to find the problem to my VSS. Thank You

Right above the ECU in the passenger side kick panel.

its in the passenger kick panel near the ecu.. its a 2 pin green or blue plug.. there is only 1 2pin plug in that area
