The plug you need to jumper is stuffed up into the corner between the right kick panel & the glovebox. But if you swapped the '94 ECU into your '91 car, who knows?? It's supposed to be pin D-4 on the ECU. Follow that wire & short it to ground.

My Helm book has a picture, but I don't have it here to scan. Some of the pictures I've seen posted were OBD-2, but I bet you can find a drawing of it somewhere.
