If its an Si then itll be fuel injection. Any other model and its carbed. The bolt in swap youd want would be the D16a1 from a 86-89 integra. the D16a6 isnt really worth the trouble. The integra motor bolts in and you use the stock mounts, ecu, axles everything. Very easy, straight over swap as long as its an Si.

If by stock you mean stock integra mounts, ECU and axles, then yes, it's a pretty easy swap. Make sure you get an 86-87 teg though, unless you want to rewire for electronic advance and VSS.
